This is something very simple that I did a couple of days ago in order to test my new smartphone.
I used an app called Painter, it's not free, but it has a short trial period; even when the trial time expires you can still use it but almost everything will be locked.
It's based on Smash 64, as I think Kirby's falcon helmet in Kirby 64 was the most cool compared to any other Smash game.
